Dr Goh Siew Hor graduated from the National University of Singapore in 2008, and was honoured with the Outstanding Undergraduate Researcher Prize.
Dr Goh's early clinical years were shaped by serving in school-based oral health programmes and at the National Dental Centre. There, Dr Goh managed complex cases and contributed to the revision of the undergraduate clinical curriculum- experiences that deeply instilled a patient-centred philosophy in Dr Goh's practice.
From 2015 to 2024, Dr Goh served as the Clinical Director at NTUC Health, overseeing clinical governance for 19 dental clinics, a family medicine clinic, and several nursing homes. Dr Goh's role involved setting clinical standards, developing training frameworks, and implementing digital quality and safety systems to ensure the highest level of care for the community.
Beyond the clinic, Dr Goh is deeply committed to the dental profession and community advocacy:
• President of the Singapore Dental Association (2020–2024)
• President of the Singapore Dental Health Foundation (2019–2026)
• Elected member of the Singapore Dental Council (2024–2027)
• Long-term Volunteer at Bethany Nursing Home (2008–2020)
Awards that Dr Goh has received include The Public Service Medal (Covid-19) and Singapore Patient Advocacy Award 2018
As part of Dr Goh's personal faith journey, Dr Goh has a deep passion for serving in overseas mission teams. In October 2025, Dr Goh had the privilege of serving at a rural Christian Missions Hospital in Papua New Guinea, where bringing dental care to underprivileged communities remains one of Dr Goh's greatest joys.
